Position: Secretary (honorary) on the board of the Chinese Studies Student Association

Description:
The Chinese Studies Student Association at the University of Zurich in the Institute of Asian and Oriental Studies is looking for a dedicated student for the honorary position of Secretary. This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in the administration of an academic, professional association and gain valuable experience in organization and communication while complementing your studies in Sinology.
Your duties:
Manage webmail communications, including responding to queries and forwarding information to members and alumni.
Supporting the presidency by sending reminders, drafting, and sending event confirmations as appropriate.
Designing and sending out the newsletter.
Maintaining the membership directory.

What we are looking for:
Chinese Studies students at UZH BA/MA (major or minor subject).
